You may collect sets of images into named pasteboards. The name of the current open pasteboard is highlighted in the ‘current pasteboard’ box. Clicking on a different pasteboard will make that the current pasteboard.
To view any of the thumbnails at full screen size, either double click on each image, or click on the enlarge button. The enlarge button changes the cursor into a magnifying glass. Then click on any thumbnail to see the full screen image. Once in full screen view you can zoom in and out of the image by clicking and dragging the mouse. Clicking ‘100%’ takes you back to the full size image; ‘back’ takes you back to the Pasteboard screen.
You can select a thumbnail, or a selection of thumbnails, by clicking once on them. A selected thumbnail can be de-selected in the same way. Selected images can be removed from your pasteboard by clicking ‘remove’.
Multiple or single images can also be ordered. Click ‘add to order’ if you wish to purchase the right to use these images. These will be stored on the order form which can be faxed or emailed to your nearest office. If you wish to order every image in your pasteboard, use ‘order pasteboard’.
Multiple or single images can also be downloaded. Clicking ‘save to disk’ will save all the selected full screen image files to any location on your computer. If you wish to download every image in your pasteboard, use ‘download pasteboard’.
Clicking on ‘create new pasteboard’ allows you to create a new pasteboard. ‘Rename’ allows you to rename any of your pasteboards, and ‘delete’ allows you to delete a pasteboard.
